Q: What shipping options do you offer?

A: We ship South Africa nationwide and currently offer 3 delivery options:

Door to Door Courier:

item is delivered to your door via our courier partner. Delivery normally takes 1-3 days.

Postnet Counter to Counter – item is delivered to your nearest Post-Net office. This usually takes 3-5 days.

Cape Town Pick up –

This option is only available to customers who are in Cape Town. If you choose this option, we will contact you with further information regarding pick up location, this option is available at no extra cost.

Delivery options are selected on checkout.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Unfortunately, not at this stage, however drop us an email and we will try our best to assist.

Q: Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

A: unfortunately, due to our items being consignment stock - consigners are paid out as soon as an item is sold.

All sales are final

If you need assistance with sizing or more pictures of an item, do not hesitate to contact us via email, whatsapp or telephonically.

Q: What payment methods does The Sole Provider accept?

A: Our online platform offers various payment options:

Payfast Payment Gateway:

Payfast accepts all major credit / debit cards including Mastercard and VISA.

Direct Bank Payment:

We also offer EFT as a method of payment.

Q: Do you offer layby?

A: Yes, we offer an in-house layby option, over 3 months with 0% interest.

Q: Do you have a store so I can try the item on before purchasing?

A: We are an online sneaker boutique, not a brick and mortar store.

However, drop us an email or a WhatsApp message and we will be able to guide you in the right direction regarding sizing.

Q: Why are different sizes different prices?

A: some sizes are more difficult to obtain than others, this adds an extra cost on our end in order to obtain the item.

Q: Do you source items on request?

A: Yes! We have done this for a few of our customers. Send us an email or whatsapp to find out more about this.

Q: How do pre orders work?

A: Pre – orders allow customers to secure sizes to avoid disappointment after releases, simply add the item you wish to pre-order to cart and check out. Once we receive the item, it will be shipped out to you. Pre-orders become available to purchase a week before the actual release of the item. There are limited pre–order slots available, once these are sold out, pre – orders are closed.

We do normally have items for sale after release, but sizing is not guaranteed and pricing may vary.

If for any reason we cannot obtain your item in the size you requested, you will receive 100% refund. Any other information will be in the pre-order product description
